Positive: The sofa bed for my daughter when prelared, we found a dirty sock on it Negative: Cleaning of the beds and rooms

Great for families seeing Zion-double check with White Bison to see if your place has a wagon or not. That info wasn’t a Positive: Liked the location and newly opened showers at the pool. Much better than the shower in our bathroom. Negative: We didn’t like how booking and the site had different listings. Seems like their systems didn’t match up so we thought we had a wagon with a kitchen but we didn’t.

Positive: Location was pretty good right in between La verkin and Springdale. The beds were comfortable and clean. The outside personal fireplace was nice. Stargazing was good. The soaps in the shower were all good. Negative: There wasn't a table inside our place. Granted it was very small so no room for a proper table like some sort of small fold down/up table (bolted to the wall )would have been nice and quite possible to have one of those installed in there.

Don’t tell anyone but I love it here! Positive: Soooo cute! Love the little attention to details of decorations. Even got some complementary gifts! On the river, with a little pond, and a field of white bison! Property still growing but I love the vision! Negative: Kept getting a whiff of sewage at the brand new pool which was not ideal. Wish the price point was a little more reasonable on a weekday, but over all- worth it.
