Cute! Positive: The accommodations are very cute and comfortable. It feels like a small and comfy room. Very clean and well kept. The office and common area (pool, hot tub) are far from the tents, you’ll need a car to get there. It’s located 20-30min from the Zion park gate depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay! Negative: Far common areas

Nice place for a good value. Positive: Convenient location. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the room and would stay here again when visiting Zion.

Be careful with bed bugs! Positive: Bed bugs ruined my experience, and I was told that bed bugs are not uncommon at this property. Negative: We stayed in a family wagon, and I slept on the double bed. After waking up on the first morning, I felt itchy on my wrist but didn't pay much attention and went to Zion to start our hike. The itchiness quickly turned into a red rash and later red spots. I realized it was probably bug bites. After we returned to the room, we checked the bed thoroughly and found a few bed bugs crawling on it. This property positions itself as a glamping site, so we were surprised and very disappointed by the hygiene standards. I contacted the property manager, who agreed to move us to another room by the lake. However, upon entering the room, we noticed a strange smell, especially on the second floor where the mattress was. We had to contact the property again to request a rolling bed so that we could all sleep on the first floor. We also sprayed insect repellent everywhere because we were traumatized by the bed bugs and the second room didn't seem very clean either. The couch, in particular, had visible stains. Because of the bed bug bites, I had to cancel my later travel plans and book a new flight home, which cost me an additional $750+. Now, 5 days after leaving the property, my face, hands, and neck are still covered in red rashes and spots, and my graduation ceremony is in 3 days. The property refused to compensate me, arguing that a refund was already generous enough. In terms of location, this property is still 30 minutes away from Zion. If you want to reach the park early to hike, this is probably not the best location. The view at the property is also not as nice as shown in the pictures. Be careful when booking this place, especially since I was told that bed bugs were not uncommon here. I've attached pictures of my bites, which were all taken on-site one day after the bite.
